Winemaker´s note
Las Margas Garnacha Blanca stands out on the nose with white pulp fruit, lime, mango along with mountain herbs such as thyme and fennel that give it great complexity. The palate is smooth, enveloping, and weighty. It offers a spectacular fruity explosion with a lively acidity and mineral touches. A very gastronomic wine.
We recommend serving Las Margas Garnacha Blanca at 7- 9ºC. This white wine is a perfect ally of couscous with curried vegetables, salmon tartar with avocado or a vegetable eggplant moussaka. Grilled white meats create an excellent combination with this energetic Grenache Blanc.

How do we elaborate Las Margas White Grenache?
We work our vineyards and their vinification combining traditional methods with innovative techniques.

• Harvesting is done early in the morning, manually in boxes.

• 75% in stainless steel.
Coupage
Our winemaker Manuel Castro will make the final blend of Las Margas Garnacha Blanca a few days before the beginning of spring.
