Its passage through the mouth is soft, enveloping, and weighty. It offers us a spectacular fruity explosion with lively acidity and mineral touches. Very gastronomic wine.
We recommend serving Las Margas Garnacha Blanca at 7-9ºC. This white wine is a perfect ally for couscous with curried vegetables, salmon tartare with avocado or a vegetable aubergine moussaka. Grilled white meats create an excellent combination with this energetic white Garnacha.
